Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health serves on the Store Management team to drive store execution, performance and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager, you will lead a engaged team, manage staffing, training and daily operations to build loyalty and store results.

Responsibilities include managing store operations, sales and inventory, financial controls and delivering a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing ability.
• Willing to work full-time flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
