CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store management team. You will drive store execution, supervise staff, and support financial and inventory management while maintaining high customer service standards.

As a member of the management team, you will lead operations, assist with training and development, and ensure compliance with laws and CVS policies. This role may require a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

• Lead store crews and supervise activities.

• Oversee pharmacy workflow and compliance with federal/state rules, HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Ensure accuracy in tasks and balance quality with efficiency.
