Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager within its Store Management team to drive store execution, inventory control and customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager's supervision, you will lead a dynamic team, demonstrate initiative and model accountability.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication and leadership skills, and a focus on improving operational performance while building shopper loyalty in a busy CVS/pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor
