Job summary

CVS Health in Hyannis, MA is seeking an Operations Manager to join our store management team. You will drive store execution, inventory control and customer service excellence while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through strong leadership and accountability.

You will supervise the store crew, implement policy, manage staffing and training, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver financial and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have strong deductive reasoning and analytical abilities, plus computer skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Willing to work full-time flexible hours including mornings, overnights, and weekends.
