CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service to strengthen loyalty and health outcomes in the local community.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a store team, manage staffing, training, and daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards across all functions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and advanced analytical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
