Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service, while leading a productive and engaged store crew under the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes supervision of staff, inventory and financial management, and building consumer loyalty. Expect to manage scheduling, training, and development, and participate in ensuring a high standard of customer service across the CVS/pharmacy store.

Qualifications

• Requires deductive reasoning and advanced analytic and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Management: Lead others, supervise store crew, communicate with team and supervisors, support actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture.
