Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced store manager for the Kent, WA area. You will oversee daily store operations, manage cash handling, inventory controls, and employee scheduling to ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership, the ability to analyze sales trends, and the capacity to train and develop staff while maintaining company standards of safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work long and sometimes unusual hours.
• High school level math competency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Mondays and by midnight on other days.
• Make daily bank deposits.
• Call in fuel reports by 8:00 a.m. daily.
• Identify and authorize daily deposit personnel.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and by day; seek District Manager assistance when needed.
• Recruit, train and schedule staff; develop subordinates for future leadership.
• Develop and post work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Delegate duties and conduct timely performance reviews.
• Ensure store meets company standards for safety, appearance and security.
