Qualifications

• Willingness to work long and sometimes unusual hours, standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight all other days of the week.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Order groceries so as to avoid overstocked and out-of-stock conditions.
• Ensure merchandising procedures are implemented on a timely basis and displays are properly tagged.
• Update the price book and execute price changes as directed.
