Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced store manager for our Kent, WA location. The role reports to the District Manager and requires overseeing cash, inventory, and staff while ensuring policy compliance and store standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, an ability to work long hours, strong math skills, and excellent teamwork. You will lead scheduling, training, and performance reviews to drive results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• English fluency and ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Flexible to work long and sometimes unusual hours.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style to drive site performance.
• Must be insurable by company auto liability insurer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper controls on cash, inventory and expenses.
• Transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Mondays and by midnight on other days.
• Make bank deposits daily and ensure deadlines are met.
• Call in fuel reports by 8:00 a.m. daily.
• Recruit, screen and hire employees and train staff.
• Develop and post work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and address subordinates.
