Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Manager for the Federal Way location to maximize sales and gross profit while controlling expenses and safeguarding assets.

Responsibilities include cash, inventory and expense controls; end-of-day reporting; daily bank deposits; staffing, scheduling and training; ensuring safety, merchandising, price changes and policy compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English; multilingual a plus.
• Willing to work long and sometimes unusual hours, standing for extended periods.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style, able to partner with all personnel to drive overall site performance.
• Insurable by company's auto liability insurance carrier.
• 2+ years management experience
• Able to lift 80lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash, inventory and expenses controls.
• Complete and transmit end-of-day reports by noon on Monday and by midnight all other days of the week.
• Make bank deposits daily by the established deadline.
• Call in fuel report by 8:00 a.m. each day.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and by day; seek guidance from managers when needed.
• Recruit, screen and train new employees.
• Coach and direct the activities of employees and provide on-going training.
• Help write and enforce work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Delegate duties as necessary; cover open shifts as needed.
• Ensure store meets safety, appearance, security and policy standards.
