Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an Experienced Store Manager for Moses Lake, WA to maximize sales and protect company assets. You will lead staff, manage schedules, and monitor store performance. Reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include cash/inventory controls, daily reports, bank deposits, fuel reporting, vendor checks, pricing, and ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards. Requires 2+ years of management and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative, team-focused leadership.
• Insurable by the company’s auto liability insurance carrier.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash, inventory and expense controls.
• Transmit end-of-day reports on schedule.
• Make daily bank deposits.
• Submit fuel reports by 8:00 a.m.
• Analyze sales trends by shift and day.
• Recruit, screen and train new employees.
• Coach and supervise staff daily and manage schedules.
• Ensure store meets safety, appearance and policy standards.
• Order groceries to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Check in vendors and merchandise displays on time.
• Update price book and adjust pricing.
• Maintain the store's expense checkbook.
• Conduct fuel price surveys and adjust prices.
• Conduct monthly competitor price surveys.
