Love’s Travel Stops in Omaha, NE is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and truck care, driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team, manage processes, and analyze P&L to grow sales, while collaborating with other managers and supporting talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a respected, family-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management or equivalent.
• 2+ years managing operations with multi-unit responsibilities and supervision.
• Experience analyzing budgets and P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with safety checks and upkeep.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Understand financial reporting and implement changes to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition and staffing.
