SpartanNash in Omaha, NE is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring staffing, training and execution of company standards. You will drive store performance, manage budgets, oversee merchandising and loss prevention, and develop a positive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience in a retail grocery environment with increasing responsibility.
• Two years of experience in an assistant store manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, decision-making and problem solving.
• Strong leadership with hands-on management style.
• Strong knowledge of retail store operations and management systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish language ability is desirable depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Provide focused and effective leadership to store associates and foster a high performing culture.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and career development of departments.
• Develop and monitor department budgets and quarterly/yearly budgets.
• Oversee overall store P&L, sales, gross profit and controllable expenses.
• Ensure budgeted goals for sales and profitability are met.
• Coordinate audits and compliance across departments (Safety, HR, Merchandising, Loss Prevention).
• Ensure merchandising and inventory programs are followed and aligned with corporate partners.
• Implement work schedules, labor control and payroll expense controls.
• Lead service standards and customer satisfaction initiatives (Own It!).
• Engage with the community to positively position the Company’s presence.
