You will drive profitability, scheduling, and policy compliance while delivering strong customer service and food safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1–3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Must be able to attain food safety manager certification within six months.
• Knowledge of operations and maintenance of all store equipment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with District Manager and HR involvement.
• Maintains labor within budget and posts schedules in advance.
• Oversees expenses and profitability to meet budget goals and reviews P&L.
• Opens and closes shifts and handles required paperwork.
• Ensures customer needs are met and enforces service standards.
• Supervises cash control and bank deposits.
• Maintains store cleanliness, inventory, and pricing accuracy.
• Trains personnel on food handling, procedures, and product standards.
