Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training or equivalent program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment, and systems.

Responsabilités

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders, sell products, and represent company policies.
• Maintain customer base and increase sales in assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales calls with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team and collaborate with District Manager on hiring and discipline.
• Develop schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts.
• Ensure store policies, planograms, and merchandising plans are followed.
• Handle daily store accounting, deposits, and cash management.
