Responsibilities

• Direct team to maximize sales through prompt, courteous, professional service.

• Supervise store team, collaborate with District Manager on hiring, evaluation, and discipline.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts.
• Monitor timekeeping, ensure policy compliance and accurate daily accounting.
