Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor-hour management.
• Experience coordinating projects or processes and managing budgets or resources is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade it to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team schedules according to labor requirements and budget.
• Monitor budget, P&L data, expenses, and coordinate inventory and vendor relationships.
• Provide floor leadership and ensure efficient operations and guest service.
• Execute operations projects and initiatives at the store level.
