Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management/customer service experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to lead teams across store operations with a focus on customer service.
• Strong merchandising and planogram understanding.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Director in running overall store operations as needed.
• Lead performance management and development of leaders and team members.
• Ensure adherence to Meijer's standards and local food safety requirements.
• Drive strategies to improve customer service, store sales, and profitability.
• Communicate effectively with the team and maintain Meijer’s culture.
