Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years in retail/grocery/operations management or customer service.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for store operations, processes and conditions.
• Plan, direct and supervise day-to-day store operations.
• Develop and manage staffing, training and performance of team members.
• Drive strategies to improve customer service, sales and profitability.
• Ensure merchandising and planograms are followed to maximize sales.
• Forecast staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
• Communicate effectively to reflect Meijer brand values.
