Job summary

Jimmy John's in Clarkson, MO is hiring a General Manager to oversee all in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, inventory, COGS, cash handling, and brand compliance.

The GM must be self-motivated with strong leadership, capable of teaching and training staff, and implementing procedures with 100% integrity. This is a bonus-eligible position and requires 40+ hours per week, a valid driver’s license, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a 40+ hour week.
• 18+ with valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Jimmy John Manager Certification.
• ServSafe Manager Certification.
• Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to train all store roles as needed.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress conditions.
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for shifts.

Responsibilities
