PREMIUM LOAVES, operating Jimmy John’s stores in Melissa, TX, seeks a Certified General Manager with full accountability for store operations. You will lead the management team, drive customer service, and oversee staffing and daily procedures to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress store environment.
• Ability to organize priorities with minimal supervision.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 3–50 employees and oversee 50+ hours weekly.
• Assign, supervise and evaluate work including scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Provide on-the-job training for crew and managers.
• Order, receive, store, and issue food, labor, equipment, and supplies to minimize waste.
• Oversee food preparation, sales, service, and quality standards.
• Forecast item usage per shift to set up the next shift.
• Ensure world-class customer service and efficient deliveries.
• Oversee daily closing procedures and daily paperwork.
• Manage cash drawers and store financials.
• Identify talent and develop management team; conduct performance reviews.
• Drive profitability and uphold store culture and safety.
