Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and delegation abilities.
• Experience managing store operations (staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-store operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, COGS, cash handling and brand compliance.
• Ensure store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
• Coach and train assistants and other roles as needed to maintain store standards.
