You will train staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The GM leads weekly meetings, guides performance reviews, and implements processes to promote a positive culture while achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work 40+ hour weeks.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store.
• Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on store and employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees and oversees scheduling.
• Oversees hiring, promotion decisions, and employee performance evaluations.
• Provides on‑the‑job training for new and existing employees.
• Oversees ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize waste or theft.
• Supervises food preparation, sales and service; forecasts items per shift.
• Ensures world‑class customer service and efficient delivery routing.
• Oversees daily and weekly store paperwork and cash handling.
