Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record; all majors welcome.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Two years of supervisory experience or completion of Walgreens LEAP program.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front-end and pharmacy teams; assign daily activities and manage schedules.
• Support Store Manager and coordinate with external partners to drive store initiatives.
• Ensure store assets protection, cash handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead team training and coaching to improve customer service and performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and regulations.
