Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-end and pharmacy operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team members, including recruitment, performance management and discipline.
• Engage customers and patients, resolve complaints and model best customer service.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, cash handling, asset protection, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with external partners to support community outreach and services.
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive store improvements and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Support pharmacy during busy periods and assist as a pharmacy technician when needed.
• Plan, communicate and execute store strategy with leadership teams.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning to maintain proper staffing.
