Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service associates and lead the front end of the store and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, oversee scheduling, training, and performance of the team, and ensure store profitability and asset protection.

In this role you will drive customer service excellence, coach staff, and implement action plans based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years supervisory experience; English fluency required.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks (if placed in ESM).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
