Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong business acumen and ethics.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to achieve store deliverables.
• Lead store operations including scheduling, shift changes, and time-record approvals.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance of team members; provide coaching and development.
• Improve customer experience and store metrics through coaching and process improvements.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and standards compliance across store activities.
• Support pharmacy operations and collaborate with external partners as needed.
