Qualifications

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to achieve store deliverables.
• Support Store Manager in overall store operations and schedule coordination.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of team members.
• Resolve customer complaints and coach staff to improve customer experience and loyalty.
• Analyze store performance data and drive action plans for profitability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safe operation of the store.
