Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Colorado is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store-level execution, including freight, F2F, and weekly recovery, while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

You will oversee inventory, security, backroom standards, and safety, and may supervise staff in larger stores. This role emphasizes process discipline and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead F2F process execution and follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process and Targeting Outs to maintain store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Receiver role, including coaching and maintaining receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory control and compliance activities (adjustments, discrepancies, transfers, RTV).
• Maintain backroom, dock, and shelving standards and safety compliance.
• Support Store Manager with planning, delegation, safety, and financial results.
• Operate forklift, baler, and other equipment as needed and assist customers.
