Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight process scheduling, Feed to Floor execution, weekly recovery, and backroom and dock standards. The role coaches team members, supports the Store Manager, and ensures safe, productive operations.

The position requires previous retail leadership experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking; ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution with timely follow-up on routines and expectations.
• Oversee weekly recovery process including Targeting Outs and store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist responsibilities, including weekly checklists and receiving standards.
