Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/operations management experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and drive customer service.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Overall operations responsibility across food and general merchandise areas.
• Manage planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps.
• Engage team and leadership to provide the best possible shopping experience.
• Develop talent, recruit, and drive performance ratings and promotions.
• Ensure store profitability, compliance with safety standards, and community engagement.
