Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations and manage day-to-day store performance.
• Direct recruitment, training and development of store team members.
• Drive customer service excellence and maintain Meijer brand standards.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop staffing strategies for all areas.
• Ensure merchandising, planograms and displays maximize sales and profitability.
• Communicate performance metrics and foster a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Partner with community to strengthen Meijer brand locally.
