Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead across sales, service, opening and closing routines and front-end execution.
• Support Store Manager in delivering financial results and daily store operations.
• Drive sales and profit, plan and prioritize work, delegate tasks, and review ACT missions.
• Support hiring efforts, training, and policy compliance.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling oversight, and bank deposits.
