Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Operations Manager as part of the Store Management team. You will drive store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, reporting to the Store Manager, and leading a capable store team.

Responsibilities include overseeing store management, sales and inventory, staffing and development, financial management, and customer service leadership to ensure smooth operations and a strong shopper experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store crew to ensure execution.
