Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, balance inventory and staffing, and lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and loyalty in CVS/pharmacy stores.

Under the Store Manager guidance, you will supervise the store team, manage financials, and implement policies to optimize performance. This full-time role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
