Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the CVS/pharmacy store management team. You will drive store execution and performance while delivering excellent customer service and building consumer loyalty in our community.

Under the Store Manager’s supervision, you’ll lead an engaged team, supervise daily activities, manage staffing and training, control inventory and support financial goals, ensuring safety and quality across all operations.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and advanced analytical skills with computer proficiency.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management, policy implementation and day-to-day operations.
