Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead a store team, communicate clearly, and implement action plans for operational and service improvements. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule to cover early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
