CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy team in a full-time role. You will drive store execution and performance, lead a store crew, and enhance customer service to build loyalty and trust.

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes leadership by example and actionable improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, staffing, training, inventory and financial management, plus customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Full-time schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
