Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams toward goals.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
