Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail, supervisory or management role.
• Proven sales targets achievement and team management experience.
• Experience in inventory management and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
• Help meet sales targets by applying effective sales strategies and tracking performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, organization, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team environment and collaboration.
• Act as a point of contact when Store Manager is absent to ensure continuity.
