Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations including inventory and customer service.
• Implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborate on promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to the Store Manager.
• Encourage teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Act as point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
