Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Experience with inventory management, planograms, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Oversee scheduling, realignments, planograms, and inventory lifecycle tasks.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
