Ulta Beauty in San Antonio is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store team, drive top-line sales, and manage inventory life cycle, planograms, and compliance. You will develop talent, implement standards, and optimize performance across people, process, and results to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments while ensuring attendance, budgeting, and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience
• Experience managing payroll budgets and expenses
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team

Mansioni

• Lead a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to drive sales
• Oversee store operations, planning, and inventory life cycle processes
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, standards and dress code
• Review reports and adjust staffing, scheduling, and workload to meet targets
• Deliver exceptional guest service, product demonstrations, and beauty consultations when appropriate
