You will guide a team of Task Associates and the Merchandising Manager, overseeing realignments, planograms, and inventory life cycle processes while upholding standards of operational excellence and guest experience. Ideal candidates bring 2-3+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching talent, optimizing schedules and payroll, and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
2-3+ years of retail management experience.
Experience managing payroll budgets and operating expenses.
Leadership and coaching experience with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
Oversee scheduling and payroll alignment to maximize productivity.
Review store financial and operational reports, audits, and performance metrics.
Lead makeup applications and guest service experiences to drive sales.
Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
