Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a store in Houston, guiding a team of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager to achieve top-line sales growth and strong inventory management. You’ll drive performance through people, process and standards while championing Ulta’s mission and values.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, dynamic leadership, and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges, with a focus on guest experience and payroll optimization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: top-line sales, analytics, payroll budgets and expense control.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, merchandising and service culture.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations delivering sales, inventory and compliance goals.
• Build and develop a diverse, high-performing team with clear direction.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Manage planograms, inventory cycles, damages, RTV, and DIF processes.
• Drive guest experience, product knowledge and service excellence.
