You will oversee Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, manage store operations, inventory life cycle, and adherence to standards with a focus on performance, people, and processes.

The role requires 2-3+ years of retail management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Experience with managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses.
• Proven ability to monitor inventory, drive service culture, and execute merchandising directives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales.
• Plan and adjust schedules using forecasts and payroll budgets.
• Analyze financial and operational reports and take timely action.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive guest sales.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies.
