Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive top-line sales while ensuring operational excellence in-store. You will oversee realignments, planograms and inventory life-cycle processes, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management or similar.
• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets and expense control.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Task Associates and Merchandise Manager to drive store performance.
• Oversee store operations, realignments, planograms and inventory life cycle processes.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, training and development, and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate trends to field leadership.
• Maintain attendance and ensure adherence to policy.
