• Create a guest-obsessed culture and meet store sales goals.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for short- and long-term needs.
• Lead Leaders to ensure training completion, understanding, and ongoing development.
• Engage in meaningful development conversations with Team Leaders.
• Personalize recognition to reinforce guest service behaviors and culture.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and performance management.
• Understand business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities and troubleshoot.
• Address guest issues quickly by de-escalation and team support.
• Create scheduling plans with Team Leaders based on workload and guest traffic.
• Plan, manage and follow up on organizational and operational change.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Address emergencies and regulatory visits as needed.
