Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through excellent service.

You will lead a productive team under the Store Manager and be responsible for overall store operations. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to schedule flexibly (early mornings, overnights, weekends), and hands-on oversight of sales, inventory, staffing, and finances.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
