Altar'd State Center Valley is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations to partner with the Store Leader to drive guest experience, sales, and merchandising excellence in a busy women's fashion store.

You will lead daily operations, manage scheduling, training, loss prevention, and payroll, while developing teammates and delivering stand-out service. This role supports budget goals and contributes to a positive, community-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Fosters a guest-focused team environment and drives excellence in service standards
• Co-manages scheduling and floor sets, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Trains new associates on operational processes and company guidelines
• Partners with District Leader and Visual team to execute floorsets and merchandising plans
• Oversees inventory, shrink control, and loss prevention practices
• Supports payroll and contributes to financial performance of the store

Education

1 year Retail Management experience

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
